With the declaration of State of Public Health Emergency throughout the Philippines due to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) through Proclamation No. 922 by the President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and pursuant to the Orders of the Albay Governor and the City Mayor of Legazpi, On-Site Classes in Forbes Academy shall be SUSPENDED effective 16 March 2020 until FURTHER NOTICE.
The Principal and teachers shall coordinate with the parents about the actions to be taken by their children, i.e. home assignments, if applicable. The school personnel are advised to coordinate with the Administrative Department for further instructions.
The Forbes Academy community is urged to continue to practice good personal hygiene (i.e., washing hands/sanitize as needed), social distancing, adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle. We advise our parents to help the school in monitoring and ensuring the safety of our learners and to stay away from crowded places, avoid hospitals unless necessary, and avoid unnecessary travels.
We need your CO-RESPONSIBILITY and COOPERATION in this trying time. Let us help our family, community, and our beloved COUNTRY surpass this PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY.
